The Client started the development of a next-generation, SaaS-based application that is a secure, scalable, cloud-based, remotely managed, multi-tenanted offering, able to be deployed to support specialist healthcare clinics while engaging all three tiers of the Australian healthcare system.
Most significantly, the application enables the delivery of a highly mobile, anywhere/anytime medical services model in which doctors, specialists, practice managers and support staff can securely access their appointments, patient records, consult notes, test results, and all the features from any digital device that has an Internet connection.
As a cloud-based service, client is built to evolve to meet the future needs of both the private healthcare sector and the government. The application has also been built to ensure the highest levels of data integrity and cybersecurity –a key legal requirement.

The client aims to create one platform where all Australia-based practices can access the application via the internet which can be affordable and more accessible.
