The client is an Australian-based recruitment start-up that commenced operations in 2020 amidst the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic. Being bootstrapped, the company currently lacks sufficient financial resources to invest in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Consequently, they are seeking an expeditious and cost-effective solution to facilitate their recruitment processes and effectively manage their CV database. Given their nationwide reach, the company receives diverse requirements from across Australia.


Metaorange established a connection with the agency in order to gain insights into their requirements. Subsequently, Metaorange suggested the development of a minimal viable product (MVP) in order to assess its efficacy for the agency.
