Our research goal is to gain a deeper understanding the problems faced by users while using our platform. We are interested in collecting data to see whether users want an easy way to complete the onboarding process nad freely navigating the platform and what are the major problems faced by users while using Tutorac.com.
We used mixed methods for user research. We conducted interviews via Zoom with 6 participants in our target audience (ages 18-40) learners wants to learn trending IT courses and Trainers who wants to teach IT courses on the Tutorac.com
The client’s current website, while operational, lacked the visual appeal and effectiveness needed to engage users and convert visitors. The primary challenges included:
Outdated Design: The existing website design did not meet modern aesthetics and user expectations.
Inconsistent Visuals: The site lacked a cohesive visual experience across different devices and screen sizes.
Low Conversion Rates: The design was not optimized for converting visitors into clients, impacting overall business performance.

We found out that most of the students are facing issues navigating through the platform tutorac is not able to attract students to join in the courses, students wants to preview the courses before joining any course. Trainers are not being able to complete the onboarding flow, By this the users are signing up but not completing the on boarding. and students are not being able to find the perfect tutors and students are not motivated to enrol into any course.
